Dog Days Like These

A lot has happened since I last posted on my blog. After my birthday came and went things between Kayla and I were looking good. I was getting regular play dates with her (she became my steady girlfriend) and she seemed quite happy to be with me. She's not the easiest girl to get along with but my unmistakable charm really smoothed things over nicely. Kayla even came over to my bachelor pad for a date.

We had a nice romp and roll over the asbestos tile on my porch.



Things went according to plan and we were able to have a nightcap. It was a torrid evening, details to follow in my memoirs. Suffice to say we both left satisfied. It looked like our friendship was blossoming into something more permanent.

Unfortunately this was not to be.
